This idea is presented by four organisations of development co-operation for support of sub-Sahara Africa.

Its strategy is to support African scientists and universities, support research co-operations of sub-Sahara Africa universities in the fields of medicine, ecology, education and agrarian sciences and to secure the solution identification of regional problems to achieve a long term economic basis and an independent Africa.
