WEILBURGER Coatings GmbH takes over French Company Naber-Meyer S.A.S.

WEILBURGER Coatings GmbH acquired 90 % of the shares in Company Naber-Meyer S.A.S., F-78620 Acheres (located approx. 40 km north-west of Paris) with effect from January 01, 2010.

Naber-Meyer S.A.S. is a niche supplier for decorative glass coatings focussing on the cosmetics and beverage industry. With a market share of approx. 45 % Naber-Meyer are market leaders in this segment in France. Plastic coatings as well as Special industrial finishes are part of their product portfolio as well.
Currently Naber-Meyer S.A.S. have 27 employees.

With this Company we will not only facilitate our further expansion in the important French market, but our product range will also be broadened through Special decorative finishes for glass and plastics. Besides, the Integration into the global structure of the GREBE Group will create new business prospects for Naber-Meyer S.A.S. allowing them to increase their export share.

In the course of the year 2010 the company's name will be changed to WEILBURGER France.
